We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, we make returns easy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@crayohalo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and label (for defective items).
  3. Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: CrayoHalo covers return shipping.
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. Allow an additional 3-7 business days for your bank to post the credit. No restocking fees — ever.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days. Email support@crayohalo.com to arrange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use or damage
