Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.

Return Costs
For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
There is no cost to the customer. This includes products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
For Change of Mind or Customer Remorse:
Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost if they no longer want the item, ordered the wrong item, or purchased a product that does not meet their needs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
CrayoHalo does not charge any restocking fees.
How to Return an Item
