Delivery Times

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day, which may extend delivery estimates by one business day.
Order Processing Time:
1–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
Once your order is processed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped through one of our trusted carrier partners.
Transit Time:
6–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time:
7–16 business days
Please note that larger home décor items, furniture, chandeliers, mirrors, and specialty products may occasionally require additional handling time due to packaging, supplier fulfillment, or carrier scheduling.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

The shipping box
Any damaged packaging materials

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist in locating your shipment.
